Genomic Analysis Service

NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) is a high-speed analysis method of genome sequence. Unlike conventional Sanger sequencing, it is characterized by processing a large number of DNA fragments in parallel.
Service Overview
  • GENE EXPRESSION
  • SINGLE CELL RNA SEQUENCING
Transcriptome analysis
RNA analysis
RNA-seq is a sequencing technique which uses next-generation sequencing(NGS) to reveal the presence and quantity of RNA in a biological sample at a given moment, analyzing the continuously changing cellular transcriptome.
scRNA-Seq
High resolution RNA analysis
Single-Cell RNA-Seq (scRNA-Seq) enables transcriptome analysis at the single-cell level. Understanding the transcriptome profile at sinlge-cell resolution can help deconvolute gene expression in heterogeneous populations.
