To date, allergy and immunologic disorders have been increasing worldwide, which makes rising attention to its clinical significance and treatment. The Institute of Allergy and Clinical Immunology(IACI) was established on February 28th, 1997 under Seoul National University Medical Research Center. Our goal is to carry out clinical investigation on the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, in the aspect of genetics, epidemiology, and immunology. IACI seeks for therapeutic solutions to those who need medical cure for allergy and immunologic diseases. As a leading group in the field of allergy and clinical immunology in Korea, IACI is led by trained researchers and experts of allergic diseases for the past 20 years. We have been constantly making progress in research achievements to fulfill our role as a specialized research institute for allergy and clinical immunology with international competitiveness.
With our mission as the leaders of allergy research, we will continue our investigation until the day we conquer allergic diseases.
